Yoga means to come together and reconnect with God, the Cosmic Consciousness. Yoga entails joining in such a way that separation is never possible. Cosmic Energy is our source of life, and we are always connected to it as long as we exist. As a result, from this perspective, we are always in a state of Yoga, or oneness with the divine. This is sun and moon yoga
Different types of yoga help heal your soul and body. Yoga in today’s world seems to help with anxiety and stress. You can take this journey with your friends and spend quality time with them.
We may get Cosmic Energy by connecting to the Sun. As the wellspring of all life, we may use this energy to balance any disruption in our bodies. It is simple to enable this connection.
First, we must establish the proper environment to quiet and focus our minds. Several measures are taken to remind ourselves to be grateful and reverent and reinforce our objective and direction.
The Moon Salutation, also known as “Chandra Namaskara” in Sanskrit, is a set of positions performed in a specific order to generate a cooling flow of movement.
Each position in a Moon Salutation, like the classic Sun Salutations, also known as Surya Namaskara, is synchronized with your breathing: inhale to lengthen and exhale to bend.
On the other hand, Moon Salutations are cooling and soothing, as opposed to Sun Salutations, which are warming and energizing.
They are used to relax the mind and bring your attention within. When energy or temperatures are high, and a calm, serene presence is required, Moon Salutations are beneficial.
Now that we know about the difference between sun and moon yoga, let us learn more about the classes conducted.

Restorative yoga is a yoga method that promotes physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It is appropriate for all abilities and is done leisurely, emphasizing lengthy holds, stillness, and deep breathing.
Unlike more dynamic yoga forms like vinyasa flow or Bikram, you may anticipate holding a posture for 5 minutes or more, with just a few poses performed in a single restorative yoga session.
Restorative yoga may be described as gentle, supportive, and healing. Restorative yoga is fundamentally a passive healing technique.
This yoga practice is well-known for activating the parasympathetic nervous system. This is the rest and digest element of your nervous system, which helps to keep fundamental processes running smoothly.
As the name indicates, this yoga “restores” the body to its parasympathetic nervous system function, which aids in relaxation, recovery, and restoration of balance.
This kind of yoga facilitates the relaxation response by offering longer Asanas and more profound breathing time. This reaction can decrease breathing, lower blood pressure, and provide a sense of serenity and well-being.

Studio Hot Vinyasa Flow Yoga:
There are many forms of yoga done globally, but two of the most prominent are Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. While they share many poses, Hatha and Vinyasa have their focus and rhythm.
Studio vinyasa yoga is a kind of yoga in which you go from one pose to the next. A Vinyasa yoga practice has a flow, albeit the particular postures and flow rates vary from teacher to instructor.
There are terms like Ashtanga yoga and Vinyasa yoga used interchangeably. While the approach is similar, the main distinction is that Ashtanga sessions always follow the same sequence of postures.
On the other hand, Vinyasa flow typically goes from one posture to the next at the teacher’s discretion. This shift is in sync with your breathing. It is performed particularly when you exhale or inhale, and it provides the impression that your breath is moving your body.
